Rates & Policies Our rates range from $149 to $199 per night, double occupancy. Please call us for current rates, specials and availability.                                      TERMS & CONDITIONS Please note that our reservation policy is a vital part of managing a small country inn. A first night is required to hold a reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Cancellation of reservations must be made more than 14 days in advance or your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made more that 14 days in advance are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, the full amount of the stay is charged, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay. Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations for Dartmouth College graduation, reunions, parent's weekends and other special events cannot be honored. in:            After 4:00 pm Check out:          11:00 am Rates are based on double occupancy.
